I haven't made Hallowe'en soaps in a few years, but I needed a thank you gift for some co-workers, so I made these Jack-o-lantern soaps. The scent is chai spice, which is perfect for fall.
They're your moulds, so of course they're cute! We will be doing Hallowe'en at work and I'm looking forward to seeing what my co-workers will dress up as.
In Australia we have never celebrated Halloween but the shops are trying REALLY hard to convince us we should, so they can sell us lolly body parts and fake pumpkins. :)
Is it just me, or is encouraging kids to eat body parts a little too silence of the lambs? :)
Cute! You know I don't but having these soaps are a fun way to be festive without going nuts.

Thank you for coming Snoskred! You are hilarious, I love the idea of body part lollipops, but I'm twisted that way. ;)
DeleteSilence of the Lambs is a great way to teach kids about real life, isn't it? ;)
Holiday soaps seem to make the perfect party favors and presents. These Jack-o-lanterns turned out great! I love the different fun faces. =)
ReplyDeleteYou're right Anne-Marie, these are the perfect size for party favours. They were definitely fun to make and a nice little decoration for my desk. :)
DeleteCute, love these faces! Love your idea of making Haloween soaps for colleagues!
ReplyDeleteThank you Nat! I think they're the perfect size for giving away.
