Spa soaps

Spas seem to be a huge thing these days, that and tattoos, but I don't think people want soaps to scrub off their brand new tattoos, so I'm focusing more on the spa aspect.

Spas are for relaxing and giving one that extra cleaning. My spa soaps, as I like to call them, are for exfoliating. These include soaps with salts, coffee grounds and ground oatmeal. Not only will they shine the skin, they'll smell good enough to eat.

Clear layer is honey soap. Who doesn't love honey and all its benefits?

White layer has ground oatmeal, which is great for the skin.

Are you a spa person? Do you go there to relax or to get scrubbed so clean you glow?

  1. Well, you know I'm not but I love your soaps regardless. In fact, I'll take your soaps over a spa visit any day!

    1. You haven't tried the spa, but you have tried my soaps, so maybe you'd like the spa better if you try it, Teresa. ;)

    1. I think I'm not big on spas because of the whole having to make small talk with people. Like you though Michelle, I like spa things.

    2. Ocean too. It seems I struggle to comment tonight! I would be glad to use your soap to wash off my tattoo. But hopefully I do not have any!

    3. I like anything that exfoliates too Madame Propre. I did put some FO in them, but I can't remember what now. This is what happens when you don't reply right away. :)

You're hilarious! I'm not a big tattoo fan (for myself) either, but maybe a temporary one for fun and to make your friends and family wonder if you actually got a tattoo. ;>

  4. I've been to the spa only a couple of times - my husband treated me to a massage and spa package after a couple of my marathons to relax my sore muscles. It was a nice experience, but I haven't made a habit of it. I like the idea of spa-like products, though, especially salt and sugar scrubs. And I love salt bars!

    1. A spa treatment sounds like a well deserved treat after a marathon Jenny, although I think I'd go for a big bag of chips followed by a tub of ice cream, just so y'know, you don't lose too many calories. ;)

Salt bars always look so neat, have you made lots of them?
